A Bridal Concierge, also known as a wedding personal attendant or bridal assistant, is a paid professional hired to take care of a bride or groom's personal needs on the wedding day.
Our Bridal Concierge service focuses on managing everything related to your wedding attire, ensuring that you and your bridal party look and feel your best without any stress. From steaming your gown to bustling your dress, our team handles it all.

The White Flower is a wedding dress boutique with in-house alterations who've trained our Bridal Concierge team to perfection by our master alterations specialists.
Each member of our Concierge team has extensive experience in dressing brides as their personal attendant and handling fashion emergencies.
Additionally, our team has been trained under an internationally-published wedding photographer who has over 15 years of photography experience. Your Concierge knows how to position your dress for flawless shots, giving you peace of mind and stunning wedding memories.

Steaming & Styling
Steaming touch ups of the wedding dress, veil, and reception dress(es). Your Concierge will also steam your wedding party robes/pajamas and/or bridesmaid dresses if time permits.
Light tidying/styling of the getting ready room for beautiful dressing photos prior to helping dress the bride. -
Perfect Portraits
Accompanying the bride for portraits to ensure the dress is perfectly placed for her photos
Preparing the wedding dress, train, and veil for the walk down the ceremony aisle.Assisting with any fashion emergencies, minor hair and makeup issues, basic first aid, and more.

Handing the Bustle
Your Bridal Concierge will bustle your wedding dress before the reception. So many brides worry about having the perfect bustle, but with our Concierge's help you can relax knowing your bustle will be picture perfect.
If you book your Concierge late enough, they can help you change into your reception dress.
Sample Wedding Day Timeline
This timeline is an example for a wedding with a first look and a 4pm ceremony with 5 hours of contracted services for a wedding taking place at only one location.

Bridal Concierge Pricing
Bridal Concierge pricing starts at $800 for wedding days.
Our services are also available for photo shoots and wedding events beginning at $400.
We can also transport your wedding dress from The White Flower to your getting ready room (within 30 miles of downtown San Diego) on the morning of the wedding for $125.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many hours should I book?
Our minimum is 4 hours for a wedding day. Send us your wedding timeline and your priorities (i.e. morning steaming touch ups and/or bustling the dress) and we’ll offer recommendations.
If you'll be requiring help with bridesmaids and have a larger wedding party, we may recommend adding a 2nd Concierge team member.
How far can a Concierge travel?
Up to 45 min from downtown San Diego.
What if I didn’t buy my dress from you?
We can be any bride’s Concierge, regardless of where the dress was purchased.
Does the Concierge help bridesmaids?
If they have time after caring for you, yes! You can also book an extra hour to give the Concierge more time to help in the morning for steaming touch ups.
How will the Concierge know how to do my bustle?
Our Concierge will make every effort to review your bustle ahead of the wedding day.
If your alterations take place at The White Flower, the Concierge will either attend your final fitting or will obtain a video filmed of your bustle by another team member. Rest assured, our Concierge team is very familiar with bustles created by The White Flower's alterations specialists.
If your alterations are done with The White Flower, we ask that you have someone film your bustle and send it to us.
What happens if I have a dress emergency?
Our Bridal Concierge arrives with an expertly curated kit of essential tools. Their kit includes a steamer, sewing kit, and more. This ensures your Concierge is prepared to address small fixes or emergencies with grace and precision.
Your Concierge can handle fashion dilemmas, from broken zippers and torn straps to unexpected stains and fallen bustles. We quickly work to remedy the emergency, ensuring you can savor every moment of your wedding day.
What information will you need from me?
When you inquire, we need to know your wedding date, venue(s), and ceremony time. This helps us determine if our team has availability for your wedding.
Once you're booked for our Bridal Concierge service, we will ask you to complete a questionnaire. Additionally, for brides who didn't alter their dress at The White Flower, we require a video of your bustle to be sent to us at least 1 week prior to the wedding.
