Beautiful strapless sweetheart floral lace fit to flare dress by Israeli designer Netta Benshabu. The dress has attached off shoulder straps with sequin floral detailing that continues across the top of the bodice. The bottom of the fitted skirt features a tulle layer, which could be removed in alterations or shortened if you prefer the dress to stop at the lace.

Like new Nicole. The skirt has been lined so it will not be sheer. You could remove this in alterations to make the skirt sheer. See measurement section for sizing. It could be taken in up to about 1.5 to maybe 2 inches smaller. Netta size 44/18 - street size 8.
